After a fresh snow – slowly – tracks begin to appear.  What are the stories behind them?  Where are these people going?  Patterns of any kind fascinate me.  I can entertain myself for hours walking in the snow, looking at traces of people, animals, or machines.

Fabric collage created with hand-dyed cotton fabrics, quilted with a variety of polyester threads.  The pieces of the collage are permanently fused and stitched, prior to quilting.
