I loved visiting Paris in 2019! Notre Dame could only be seen from the outside, due to the fire that had occurred earlier that year.  I spent a lot of time looking at the architectural details, and was particularly fascinated by the gargoyles, which inspired this little textile sketch. My original sketch, done with ink and watercolor, resides in my travel sketchbook.
